About Andrew Bach Codes
Software built with care — for clients and for the rink
What I Do
Andrew Bach Codes is a web and software consultancy I've run since 2012, building custom websites and software for businesses and nonprofits throughout South Dakota. I specialize in full-stack development - C#, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, Razor Pages, SQL, JavaScript, PHP, and API integrations with a focus on clean, efficient, and scalable solutions.
Alongside client work, I build my own products, starting with the OpenHockey Engine and MyPlayerCard. Whether it's a client's business tool or my own product, the approach is the same: define the problem, build the right thing, and ship it.
My Approach
I've delivered projects across e-commerce, home design, medical, political, custom cabinetry, and financial sectors. In every case the process starts with close collaboration: define requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and navigate development complexities together. Good software has a human side, and I build with that in mind.
